Linda S. Tucker

Ms. Tucker is admitted to practice law in three states:  Arizona, California and Colorado and has been an attorney for over 25 years. She graduated from University of California in La Jolla with a major in History and from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.

After many years in a diverse private practice, in the year 2000, she began a career in government service.  Ms. Tucker became a Deputy County Counsel for Imperial County, California, specializing in retirement and disability law. Then began a stint in the Pima County Attorney Office, Civil Division, in Tucson, Arizona, mostly representing the county as a creditor in bankruptcy matters.  Ms. Tucker then retired from public service and opened The Tucker Law Firm focusing on wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.  

Ms. Tucker is a member of the Pima County Bar Association and the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
